Customers wishing to have us install DCC decoders must send locomotives complete with all factory parts.
This is necessary to insure that all components that we install will fit properly. All locomotives must be shipped in some sort of protective container to prevent shipping damage. If one is not provided, we will provide one at an additional cost. Before sending any locomotive to us for work, we ask that you contact us first either by email, telephone, or by using the form below. This way we can make every effort to have all the parts available to complete your desired work in a timely manner when your items gets to our shop. Please be sure to include the locomotive model and any additions that you want, such as ditch lights or digital custom sound. Once we acknowledge your request, carefully package your locomotive and ship it at your expense to our shop via any currier of your choice. Our typical turnaround time is about four weeks.
