Warranty information

Custom N DCC will guarantee all of our work and will stand behind all of the products we sell.  Should you experience a problem or failure within the first 30 days after work has been preformed by us, that is a result of poor workmanship on our part or defect in materials or workmanship of a product that we sold you (determined by manufacturer), we will repair or make replacements at no cost to you other than return shipping.

To qualify, all work must have been performed, and all products must have been furnished by Custom N DCC.   

Custom N DCC cannot be held responsible for the failure of products and workmanship not furnished by us.

This warranty does not cover items such as abuse, misuse of model, damage due to excessive voltage, burned out lamps, damage due to excessive sound volume, water damage, or any other items that are not directly related to defects in workmanship or materials.

It will be up to the staff of Custom N DCC and/or the manufacturer to determine the cause of the problem for the product in question.

Any attempts to modify, tamper, repair any such product will void any and all warranty extended by Custom N DCC.  Any such acts may void any and all warranties extended by the manufacturer as well.  

Warranty work procedure:

If a problem is encountered, please contact us first either by phone or email so that we can attempt to troubleshoot the problem.  In most cases, we can resolve issues this way, saving both parties time and money.  

If the issue cannot be resolved in this manner, we will then issue a return authorization.  This must be obtained before shipping any model for warranty work to us.  Once the authorization is obtained, carefully package the model, enclose a brief description of the problem, and ship at your expense to our shop.  Once received, we will evaluate the model and contact you with our findings along with charges that will be incurred if any, to correct the problem.
